67,235,000 miles from the sun. It is smaller
than the earth, and it is surrounded by
a very heavy atmosphere which inhibits
observation from the earth.
Instruments show that its temperature
is very high at 880 degree Fahrenheit.
Venus has no moons. Venus orbits
around the sun in 225 days. Venus rotates
once around its own axis in 243 days.
Its rotation is clockwise.
